That's what it is.
Since joining Original Bootcamp, my life seems to be revolved around it. Some of my friends said it seems like I either joined a cult or some secret society.
I love Bootcamp. I think this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Unless you have been to OBC, you really don't know what we go through during that hour of the day. It's not just physical, it's a whole lot of mental as well.
One of the things OBCSJ has taught me, is really to NEVER GIVE UP.
It's like that last few laps, where you're just so exhausted, you're panting, out of breath, and your legs feel like they're about to drop off, and for some people, they'll tell themselves "Oh just give up, you're tired, it's hard" and they'll stop. I used to be that kinda person, I use to give up when things get rough.
OBCSJ has taught me the complete opposite, when I get tired, when I feel like just stopping, when my legs feel like they can't run anymore, I tell myself "Come on, just a few more laps, you can do it. You MUST do it!" And I finished the whole run.
Suddenly, I am determined to do things, OBCSJ has given me a new outlook in life, and I really can't describe it. I know it's only been a month, but this is how I feel.
I feel healthier, happier, more determined and have developed a YES I CAN attitude.
Before you think I get something out of promoting OBCSJ, I don't. We don't get discounts or whatever, but I do get a way out of a sad, unhealthy life.
Oh and I lost 10KG in the month process, believe it or not? I think I look the same, even though most of my pants are loose now. We'll go another month before I put up a before and after pic :P
Hooyah :D
