Restart.

When I first started this blog, it was more of a place for me to put down my thoughts, as I tend to have a lot of things crammed up in my noggin .
Now I am going to put it to better use. I am going to start blogging about my road to a healthier (skinnier) me.

Confession time. Obviously I am fat, as the title says, but believe it or not, I am also very active. I am actually in a fitness regimen, Original Bootcamp Subang Jaya. I have been with OBC since May 2010, and so far I have lost about 16kgs and dropped a dress size, from size 18uk to a size 16uk.
To be honest, I should have lost more weight because apart from OBC, I also swim, jog and skip rope. Honestly, I work out 5 times a day, mainly cardio.

Why haven't I lost weight? Simple,

I LOVE FOOD.

A lot. Working out, makes me feel better about eating. So technically I am wasting my own time and money working out. That is why, starting from today, I am on a diet.
Here is the problem, I don't have that much faith in myself. I know myself pretty well, I am not someone who stick to things like diet. I need to prove myself wrong!

My deadline for myself, to look my best is June '11. I really don't think I can afford to let myself down anymore.

I don't have unrealistic expectations, I don't expect nor do I want to be a size 0. Actually what I really want to be is a size 10-12 UK.
I'd like a lil curves :) but right now, all I have are wobbling bits.
So let's do this Josephine Gan, let's make a change, and let's kick some fat!!!!
